I was introduced to decorative painting by my talented daughter, Consie, and it has become my passion and daily inspiration. Many nationally known artists have inspired me, and I have had the privilege to have been taught by them as well. Some of them include Ros Stallcup, Lynn Deptula, Judy Diephouse, Priscilla Hauser, and Donna Dewberry. I am a member of The Society of Decorative Painters.

My husband Stephen and I live in Dawson, GA. We have three girls, Consie, Becky and Ruth – all married, and one granddaughter -- Kali. Consie and Lee and Ruth and Michael live in New Jersey. Becky and Mike with little Kali live outside of Seattle, WA.

Southwest Georgia is a wonderful place for finding unique antique items. I frequent estate sales, auctions, antique stores, flea markets and yard sales, as there are pieces just waiting for me to take home and transform into a work of art!
